A homeless disabled vet left a heartbreaking letter along with his dog on the sidewalk of the Granada Hills pet clinic. The writer poured his heart out about his loving companion, Kaiser, having suffered with a stroke. The manager at the clinic lost all emotional reserve in this case and could not bring herself to euthanize the animal. Instead she used money from a fund set up to help animals like Kaiser, and set about to reunite the two friends.
